Reviews of DURAFOAM (PVT) LTD. - Lahore

On Saturday, I visited durafoam Company Outlet (Awais Foam). I decided to buy ultra luxury firm size 78x66x6. The dealer had a company price list showing the price of above mattress Rs.********+. He told me that as per company policy we offer 20 percent discount on returning old mattress. I paid Rs. 13,000 and gave him old mattress. The dealer produced the receipt of Ultra Luxury Firm but at the time of loading, he delivered luxury foam which is one step low of the above. Today one of my friends told me that company is delivering same article in Rs.8,000. The company has not customer care page/number. Company has given bogus numbers of non concerning persons. No body can contact durafoam after purchase. Please beware of such deceivers to save your money and time.

I bought a Durafoam mattress in Dec, 2016. In two months the mattress is showing dips and curves. Terrible quality. Couldn't believe this is worth Rs. 10,000/-.

My advice, stay away from this poor quality mattress.
