I hope you are doing well.i am dr hanifullah from peshawer i am a reguler customer of RD.I have purchased sevral itmes my self and sevral other customers did the same with my refrence.
Last time was very embarssing as i purchesed AC from bisham branch on new brand prices rs ******** but that was used and was with out accessories and gas, i was decived , that caused sever mental trauma to me.
I complianed to the local branch but the behavair and dealing of the staff was very rude and irresponsible.they are using delying tectics again and again.
The same thing costed me loss of ********rs in addition to the advance charges of rs********.and all it is fruitless.

This sort of dealing is really damaging the name of RD due to the local management behavior as i will be in no position to deal with same branch in future nor my relitives and freinds will do the same.

To keep your customors satisfied you should take strict action against these traitors in your local office bisham disst shangla kpk.
