As a new producer of leather mittens we looked at multiple vendors, after getting samples and pretty quality products from Leaders for a good price we decided to move forward with them. Our first order went pretty smooth, with some mistakes in the sizing scale that could have been better communicated on our end to them. Our next order was larger, some of the issues with sizing were fixed but this time other parts of the glove were not to spec. As we continued to order more each order would come with inconsistencies in sizes, coloring, and small details designed into the mittens. On our very last order, we agreed in writing to an in hand date with a guarantee by Moshin Cheema, we paid promptly, and agreed on a 2 month turn around time, when that date arrived they had not even started the order. It ended up taking 3 additional months to receive our order. Far into the winter season (ski and snowboard mittens). They did nothing to compensate for failing on their guarantee, charged us triple on shipping compared to what we paid in the past, refused to send a shipping receipt to show actual costs, and when we did get the very last shipment it was again missing specs required, and we are seeing great inconsistencies in the product. I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST TO STAY FAR AWAY. These is an unprofessional shop.

I am sorely disappointed in Leaders Sports. Initially, Mohsin gave super customer service. My second set of samples were great quality samples from which I placed my order! But the actual shipment consisted of different sizing from the approved sample, and a much cheaper quality. I was told several times over that the quality was the same and that I needed to take the items to a lab for testing. My hands, eyes and feel can see that the quality is not the same! I feel cheated out of thousands of dollars and am now being told that they won't do anything about it.
