District Manager

I am worked with SDPI it's project NSER (BISP survey) 2019 as an area coordinator, during this project hiring the staff and conducted their training according to the SOP, felicitate the staff for field planning, mobilization, reporting, and data collection in their said area through GPS. Checked the data regularly and field visit. Also participate in community meetings organized at Tehsil level, union council level and village level for the awareness of the project and smooth work in the field, maintain recorded and prepared the daily weekly and monthly report.

I have been worked with Bedari on its project CVP Election Observation 2018, the project is implemented for the pre and post-election phase, during this project Coordination with the team to the recruitment of the short-term election observer and also observer the code of conduct of the election commission for the candidate. During this project, I coordinate with the Returning officer for the accreditation card of the observer and other election information and also meeting with candidates for the better result of the project. Observed the Election Day activity with the sport of the election observer and collected the result detail from the selected polling station and send it head office and also collected the final result of the constituency from returning office.

During work with the Bureau of Statistics its project MICS 2017-18 funded by UNICEF as a district team supervisor, I successfully conducted the survey MICS 2017-18 all over the District Sheikhupura with a team of eleven surveyors and also worked in District Faisalabad. During my job, I facilitate my team in fieldwork, planning and interviewing in the community. Also conduct the meeting with a focal person, local government member and representative of the community for the better result and smooth work in the field. Monitor all the activity in the field. Check the data daily basics and submit on daily basics to main office Bureau of Statistics Punjab after the verification.
