I am a senior HR professional with more than 25 years experience in corporate HR, primarily in banking. In the last 15 years I have held positions in top management. My expertise lies in Strategic HR, reward systems, HR cost optimization and Talent Acquisition and Management. I have designed and executed VSS schemes, salary and grade structures, Manpower and capacity planning projects and workload analyses. I have also worked extensively in Compensation design including variable pay dispensation, commission structures and policy.

    Trustee Director worked on special project to increase revenues and optimize HR Costs. Project entailed analysis of revenues and costs to determine profitability of 128 degree programs. Droll down of HR costs to eliminate waste using workload and capacity planning as well as identify key profitability areas i.e. degree programs for future expansion. We eliminated over 30 unprofitable programs and added 8 profitable programs, doubled admissions and added 100 M in revenues with only 6 M cost increase due to Hr cost optimization after workload analysis.
