Our client looking to hire a Head of Product. As the Head of Product reporting to the VP of Engineering at Company you will play a pivotal role in driving their product strategy, vision, and execution. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with the engineering team, aligning product development efforts with the company’s technological capabilities and goals. This role requires a unique combination of technical acumen, market understanding, and exceptional leadership skills to lead a cross-functional team and deliver high-quality, AI-driven products.

• Work closely with the VP of Engineering, executive team, and other stakeholders to develop a cohesive product strategy that aligns with Alethea AI’s business objectives and technological roadmap.
• Conduct market research, user feedback analysis, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and insights for product enhancements.
• Define a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely execution to meet customer needs and market demands.
• Lead a team of product, design, and engineering in the end-to-end product development process.
• Collaborate with engineering and research teams to drive the development of cutting-edge AI-based solutions, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and secure.
• Set and track product performance metrics to measure the success of new features and optimize existing ones.
• Champion user-centric design principles, ensuring that our products deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Work closely with design teams to create visually appealing and functional interfaces that reflect user needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the executive team, marketing, sales, and customer support to align product strategies with broader business objectives.
• Engage with key stakeholders and customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and incorporate insights into product improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in the AI, Generative AI, and related industries.
• Leverage industry knowledge to identify new opportunities for innovation and expansion.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in product management, with a focus on AI-driven products or Generative AI technology.
• Understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing product teams.
• Demonstrated success in defining and executing product strategies that resulted in measurable business growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
