We're looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks.

Requirements/ Skills:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Good calling/phone manners
  • Good organizational skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • All day to day office administrative work
  • Attendance record keeping
  • Maintain leave application and requisition forms
  • Perform internal administrative task
  • Greeting the guest/ customer at the office
  • Maintained office filing and documentation system
  • Visitor record keeping
Salary
30000 - 45000 (PKR)
