We usually start with software requirement specification (SRS) documentation. On completion of the documentation our artists hand draw mockups followed by complete mockup designs in PSD format for our clients to review. Once the mockups are ready we hand over the designs to the next team in line for SDS and architechtural designing. Than, our developers start producing prototypes and our testers keep iterating the cycle of development and testing till the first built is ready. We sometime indulge the client in the process for guidance. The last phase usually includes deployment, content addition and beta testing.
