SAMSONITE CENTRE - Lahore

Dear Sir,

My younger brother have bought 3 bags of American Tourester from Samsonite outlet in Sittara Mall, Faisalabad and in one bags after travel to USA. Zipper was damage and wheel unbalance and had forwarded to same outlet for repairing but 15 days they return bag with local made zipper and bad stitching and unbalance problem standing and after a long discussion with Ali at same outlet and Mr. Yahye in Lahore they promised to replace the zipper and correct the balance bag in 3 days.

Now today bag is arrived after 6 days and they replace the zipper but situation is same like local zipper, bad stitching and unbalance bag.

Again long discussion today with Ali at same outlet to replace this bag, he were only insist to take this bag warranty at UK because this week i am traveling UK and the reason is they have no permission to change the bag from Lahore head office.

My question if they will have instruction of no replacement then why you people giving fake guarantee to client or of its not instruction from head office, why he is not replacing this bag ?

My brother visited more then 10 time to same outlet to repairing or replacement and more then 2 months has passed this story and today i am without my bag.

Is this right way of Samsonite responsible team and how is responsible of my bag ???

Honestly today i thinking i made big mistake to Samsonite products.

Kindly take some serious action as soon as possible and solve this matter at urgent basis .
