• Hospital Management System:
o A point of Sales System will be installed at the counter, which will provide the following options:
o For First Time Patient – Receipt issue by computer with barcode; for required services eg. OPD, X-ray, Lab-tests, etc.
o Patients can be categorised by different types like Normal rates, Subsidised, Free of cost, etc.
o For Repeated Patient – Data will be fetched by computer by using the previous receipt barcode or input the mobile no or ID card no or patient name, etc.., after which a new receipt will be printed.
o The details of the patient will be available into the concerned department computer automatically in a queue, so that the department can call the patient one by one.
o If any extra services are required; another receipt will be printed for that service.
o Services charges will apply automatically according to our setup in the charges file.
o A unique file number will be maintained for each customer, so that the physical file can be traced in your record room easily.
o Expenses can be recorded on daily basis.
o Cash in hand with the cashier will be maintained automatically, with bank deposits options and cash handover to management, or extra cash receive from amangement, etc.
o Lab Test: Report will be generated automatically by applying the pre-provied range parameters for each type of lab test, only current readings will be provided through a input form for each test.
o Beds: Different type of Beds will be maintained on different rate basis, like subsidised, or ‘A’ class, ‘B’ Class, etc. Extra bed or temporary beds option will be provided.
o Check in time and Check out time will be controlled by computer automatically and the patient will be charged accordingly. However relaxation can be provided by the adminisration.
o Financial Accounting System will be integrated for accounting purpose and data will be transferred to Karachi for final accounts and audits.
o Any other requirement which is not mentioned but discussed or supposed to be covered in this module will be provided.
