Reviews of Custom Freaks - Karachi

I ordered a printed jacket and first, it took a whole month to arrive. Once it did arrive, the print was upside down and incredibly blurry, nothing like the picture displayed on the website. The material was weak and torn at the arm. I asked for a replacement, which took three weeks to arrive, and when it did, it was the same as the first one. The customer service was terrible and they kept putting off my complaint. I had to bug them about it every day. After making it clear that I was not satisfied, they stopped answering calls and complaints and I was denied a refund. All in all, the product was terrible and the staff is incredibly unhelpful. I suggest nobody waste their precious time and money with Custom freaks.
