Awwal Modaraba Management Limited (AMML) is authorized by the Registrar of Modaraba Companies and Modaraba, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan to float and manage multipurpose Modaraba Funds as a subsidiary of Pak Brunei Investment Company Limited (“Pak Brunei”). Modarabas are an effectively capitalized structure that can raise funds from multiple markets, and tax exemptions make them attractive for managing focused investment strategies that are responsive to customer needs and deliver long-term value to Modaraba certificate holders, through Shari’ah compliant modes, to viable projects in sectors of the economy that are in need of capital.
