We're seeking a dynamic Female Deputy Manager OD & Learning to join our team to play a pivotal role in organization growth. As part of our team, you'll have the chance to:

• Collaborate in analysing business structures, processes, and resource utilization.
• Contribute to designing and implementing developmental initiatives and action plans.
• Support the formulation of development plans to enhance efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
• Assist in documenting processes and presenting progress reports to our HR head.
• Participate in evaluating individual and organizational development needs.
• Provide guidance on goal setting, performance feedback, and professional development.
• Support the design and implementation of performance management systems.
• Contribute to establishing KPIs and cultivating a performance-oriented culture.
• Assist in talent review processes, succession planning, and career development programs.
• Consolidate training needs and implement a comprehensive agenda across all functions.
• Participate in developing and maintaining our Learning Scorecard, tracking progress and reporting regularly.
• Take responsibility for all analysis, dashboards, and reporting for learning, ensuring timely tracking and completion.
• Manage end-to-end internal communication and execute functional OD & Learning initiatives in a timely manner.

Job Specification:

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
• A minimum of 5 to 6 years' experience in OD and Learning
• Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
