Job vacancy Truck Dispatcher

We are looking for a Truck Dispatcher

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the schedules of truck drivers.
• Ensure products and goods are picked up and delivered in a timely manner.
• Receive calls for truck services and contact their fleet of truck drivers to arrange the pickups and deliveries.
• Execution of all transportation related tasks including client estimates, production of bills of lading, scheduling, dispatch of art handlers, and cultivation of client relationships.
• Take appropriate action if any issue arise.
• Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, and communication with drivers.

Requirements:

• Mist has good english Communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Having experience in truck dispatching or a related field is preferred.
• Have the knowledge of transportation management systems and GPS tracking tools
