Job vacancy Labour Officer

We are hiring for a Labour Officer

• Checking and verifying daily attendance, Overtime reports and strength reports
• Working as an assistant to Manager Admin
• Supervising all activities of Labour Office & Time Office
• Verification of Employees CNIC from NADRA and maintaining the register of Employees CNIC verification
• Handling new payroll (Cranium) by coordinating with IT department (H/O)
• Dealing with PESSI, EOBI, Labour Department,LESCO,Sui Gas & WASA and other Government institutions for workers welfare and organizations matters
• Supervising all compensations like Salaries, Wages, Overtime and Full & Final settlements to employees
• Dealing with PESSI and EOBI Departments for employees benefits like preparing their social security and EOBI cards and getting maximum benefits from these departments
• Supervising the mills sanitation department
• Supervising the Plantation, Fruit Farm of Mills
• Checking of malls hotels, canteen by checking their quality and quantity of Foods
• Handling workers affairs and colonies matters
• In the absence of Manager Admin, supervising sub-departments of administrations like excise, cotton and IN-OUT etc
• Handling all administrative tasks of mills in the absence of Manager
• Handling the Dispatches of wastes
• Monitoring the dispatches of Mills scrape
• Corresponding with head office and the other institutions concerned to the organization
• Preparation of daily attendance reconciliation reports
