We are looking for a Customer Service Officer 

You will play a vital role in ensuring our company delivers exceptional service and support to our UK and Pakistani teams. Your excellent English communication skills, problem-solving abilities, outstanding knowledge of digital marketing, and attention to detail will contribute to our success.

Roles:

• Reporting
• Campaign Management
• PCAs / Basic Ad Creations (occasionally), but this will be part of the initial training

Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with employees and clients abroad; should be good at verbal and written English

• Eager to learn and grow (should be a quick learner / have a good IQ level)
• Ability to work on excel sheets, word documents, and PowerPoint formats
• Has general knowledge of business management and marketing (sales / advertising)
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy of reports and data
• Ability to organize multiple assignments and establish priorities on tasks assigned

Fresh candidates with excellent English communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

A-Level, O-Level, or MA English is a prerequisite.

Job Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Candidates should be hardworking, dedicated, and self-motivated.
