I am suffering from Ca - breast. I received 3 chemo at NORI prior to my surgery. MRM was done on 25th May 2015 at PIMS. My surgical wound is still not healthy and I am also feeling my self weak. The surgeon has again refered me to NORI for further treatment.According to my pathology report the tumor grade is III and TNM stage is T3, N1 M0.Estrogen receptor and progestron receptors are positive. HER-2/neu is 1+ (Negative).
Please let me know what further treatment is required. If adjuvant chemotherapy is required then what would be the maximum window period after surgery.
