Question for STANDARD CHARTERED GRINDLAYS BANK

Hellow dear, It is long time back i have been contact with the bank. The clifton branch.I like to access to my account. I dont have any card, but i have account nr. My account was saving account. i have no password and not user name either.
How could it be possible to acces to my account?
My name is Simin Amirian, i have changed my name to Christin Amirian. My resident is Norwegian. I was student i great, Pakistan Karachi
