Question for Modern Associates

I constructed my house in 2015 , it includes basement, ground floor and first floor, I want to reconstruct my all the basement, my basement includes 4 room but I want to reconstruct my basement rooms in to a big hall,
I need civil and structural engineer to come to see , if there is any possibility then I will start my construction work
