Review of TCS (PVT) LTD. (SENTIMENTS EXPRESS)

I have honestly had the WORST experience with TCS, despite of it being a well reputed company.

No order number sent after my order
Wrong flowers sent (hideous looking)
When asked to send the right bouquet, they took payment from my card TWICE!
Thank God my bank didn't let the payment go through.

Honestly don't bother ordering from them. They really need to get their systems in place.
