Review Not Recommended - Never Join it if you have a job

Don't risk your current job for this company in Pakistan. They might be good (a perception only) globally but they are struggling in Pakistan very badly from inside and regional intervention and people are leaving the company and some are losing (fired) their jobs without knowing the reason as they don't have any performance measuring tool nor they have anyone who can assess performance (The company is alien to the words performance, professionalism, skillset). Highly political place where only non professional people can survive by doing bad politics at a managerial level OR only fresh or junior staff is surviving but they are also under pressure. it's my personal opinion as I was an employee and shared in good faith for public benefit and you may disagree.
