Poor customer services. Order not delivered as asked.
Customer service is extremely poor. Only one person takes the orders which is GUL. He replies as and when it suits him and don’t reply at all even for days. You have to keep chasing him up and on top after all that hassle, the order did not even turn up the same. I ordered a men’s Kurta. The whole neck line was different to the one I ordered. Two different laces were put together with no colour co-ordination. And so expensive. Please do not waiste your time and money. On tile the attitude is so unapologetic , humiliating and rude.
